Energy Performance Certificates
An EPC is a certificate that shows how energy-efficient your property is. The document includes estimated energy costs, as well as a summary of your home's energy performance-related features.
An EPC is required for all properties offered for sale or rent. Once issued, an EPC is valid for 10 years.
Our in-house energy assessor can complete the EPC assessment in conjunction with the photos and floorplan, only requiring one visit.
